"We had a great stay for 3 nights just before Christmas. The staff, location, condition of the rooms and breakfast were excellent. We were disappointed after booking that we could not use the swimming pool with our children as it was adult only and an extra cost. This could be made clearer in the advert via Expedia "

"I enjoyed the location as it was 10min walk to the metro and there was a bus/tram available as well. The area was nice & quiet. I was able to enjoy my room with the sauna after a long day out touring in the cold weather. The Thon property did not disappoint & i would stay again. "

"First class hotel. Room very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Amazing view of the city from both the lounge and room. Staff amazing so courteous helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in Europe. The restaurant again the same as breakfast was amazing. Hospitality is clearly something this hotel staff want to provide to their guest and I will definitely stay here again as my only hotel choice for Brussels "

"The staff was very friendly and the location of this hotel is 10/10. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Can hear some noise from room, but I’ve found this pretty typical with most places I’ve stayed in Europe so it wasn’t bothersome. Full size bed and en suite bathroom were great, and the bed was topped with one of the comfiest blankets I’ve ever slept with. Pillows are a bit small but overall a great stay and fabulous location! There is also a cute cat on the property but he is skiddish lol "
