"Overall property very nice , owner excellent at communication. Bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge and dining room well decorated and ideal for large family gathering. Would stay again.Couple of areas I would say for improvement.1 kitchen cupboards could do with updating, one was hanging off when we arrived.2. As its dog friendly I would recommend the garden its fenced off as it’s open from back to front ie wraparound and our dogs could get over /through driveway gate "

"Property well located for access to Anfield and Goodison. Guaranteed street parking on match day is nice (well, permit). It is multilevel so be aware of that (and the stairs were a bit steep for my 80 yr old mom ,but she managed). Only thing we would have liked flto see different was the heat to be turned on the day we were arriving since the house was quite cold and took til the morning to warm up (we arrived at night). But would recommend to friends."

"Absolutely fantastic place , couldn’t fault it if I wanted to . Really peaceful and was great just to sit back and listen to the wildlife . We also went for a walk to the waterfall. I would recommend it to anyone. Jack , the host was also fantastic, he couldn’t do enough for us . Can’t wait to return . "

"Really enjoyed our stay at Leo’s during our recent trip to Liverpool. The house is well looked after and had everything we needed with a big kitchen and dining area, quality space, great garden and a big park across the road for outdoor space, and a games room downstairs which we used for the evening. Despite the photos showing a lovely house it is in reality a badly maintained student house share during term time. We were a party of 15 including 5 children from 4 to 12.
