'Sommerurlaub'
Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage und entspannter Umgebung. Sehr nette Vermieter mit 2 süßen Hunden. In ca. 20 Minuten an verschiedenen Ausflugszielen und an der Nordsee.

Wir hatten uns sehr auf diese Woche gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung wirkt grösser wie auf den Fotos. Der Vermieter hatte gute Tipps für Unternehmungen Wit können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage
Wir wollten ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende an der See verbringen und sind so auf dieses Objekt gekommen. Die Wohnung hat einen seperaten Eingang und einen Stellplatz direkt neben der Wohnung. Das einchecken war super unkompliziert. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan in einem seperatem Haus und sind bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Ansonsten hat man seine Ruhe wenn man möchte. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist direkt ein Edeka mit Bäcker höchstens 30Meter entfernt. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher. Die Küche hat viele angenehme Extras. Wasserkocher, Senseo und eine normale Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und sogar eine Fritteuse. Obwohl die Wohnung zentral liegt ist sie sehr ruhig. Gute moderne Fenster sorgen dafür. Es waren reichlich Handtücher vorhanden. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Passend zur Weihnachtszeit war das Wohnzimmer schon ein bißchen geschmückt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall für später speichern. Egal ob Jahresurlaub oder Kurztrip wir können die Wohnung 100%empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter Familie Uphoff

Herz am richtigen Fleck
Fam. Uphoff hat das Herz am richtigen Fleck. Kleines Bsp.: Meine bisherigen Fewo-Mieter zeigten weniger Hilfsbereitschaft in den Punkten wie z. B. Job- und Wohnungssuche. Herr Uphoff dagegen stellte Zeitungen zur Verfügung oder nannte zahlreiche Firmen zum bewerben. Die Fewo ist auch für Leute die Angst vor Hunden haben. Die Fam. Uphoff akzeptiert dies und bei einem Anliegen kommuniziert man über Telefon/WhatsApp. Alles ohne Angst verbunden, das man an "dem Hund" vorbei muss. Man kann sich Sorgenfrei bewegen🙂 Einfach top alles gewesen und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank für alles
