"Very nice stay in a well-connected part of Berlin, very friendly staff who even upgraded me to the ensuite room (even the guys remodeling the lounge were really friendly when I accidentally wound up there), and convenient breakfast location. If I had any things to make people aware of beforehand, it's that I didn't see a lift, so be ready to climb stairs particularly if you're on one of the higher floors."

"Very well-kept with kind staff and in a good location. The shared showers make a noise that is ridiculously loud and harsh though. My friend was unable to use them due to a sound sensitivity which is not ideal for a 4-night stay. Otherwise a very nice hotel."

"I stayed in a three bedroom Girls dorm with an ensuite barhroom which was rad and had the room mostly to myself, but for one late night roommate who only came to drop and pickup a bag after what I assume was some Berlin raving. Good on ya. I only stayed one night during low season and found Sunflower had everything I needed, comfortable bed with clean linens, what looked like a sociable atmosphere downstairs, good access to transport links. "A free breakfast included 7am to 10am included 3 choices of sandwich meats , cheese slices, coffee teas milk, cereal.kilk juice yogurt, fruit cocktail, breads, bun,Butter/Jams. The reception staff were patient and helpfull in giving directions map for subway/ train as I don't speak German. It was quiet albeit it was Christmas eve. "

"Walkable distance from Alexanderplatz. Spacious room. Basic coffee supplies. Nice shower arrangement. My room had a nice view. Their restaurant downstairs had excellent food. Check process was very smooth."

"The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "

"We have stayed here before and have enjoyed our visit also. The hotel is a five minute walk From the Hauptbahnhof and 20 mins from the Bundestag and brandenburg gate. We were early so left our cases in the secure storage until the evening. We were advised the quieter times to check in but there is an additional auto check in. The staff are friendly and helpful as always. Our room was standard as we are only sleeping and showering there so didn’t need a fancy room. It was spotless and has a good hot shower, it was warm too as it was a bit chilly this last week in Berlin. We had the breakfast option, there is lots of choice and it’s frequently replenished catering for every taste. The only gripe was the bed and overly soft pillows but no bed is going to be as good as your own and extra pillows are available from reception. Another good stay and I am sure we will be enjoying another soon. "

"Outstanding Stay at Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin – 10/10 We stayed at the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin from 19th to 22nd February 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Location: The hotel’s central location is perfect, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Rooms: Spacious, modern, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness: Impeccably clean throughout, from rooms to common areas. Price: Excellent value for money, offering a high-quality stay at a reasonable price. Breakfast: Delicious and varied breakfast options, with everything fresh and well-organized. Staff: Friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"
