Room was big, excellent view mount Eiger and other Alps mountains. Reception Staff were very good and helpful. Would love to stay there again. Only negative thing was breakfast, very disappointing, not much to choose from, the breakfast staff was grumpy. Need to improve on breakfast. No kettle in room, no tea or coffee. Need to consider that especially for guests coming after long flight and then train or car journey. "
