"Clean and modern. Amazing view from the piazza of Lake Como. Extremely attentive host. Garage space great for small car. The walk up to the house is well worth the view and the serenity of the hillside. Def consult the hosts Instagram page for directions. Will stay again!"

"First of all, this property is amazing - and exactly as shown. It's also in an amazing neighborhood. What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. Host was very engaging and helpful at all times Only downsides were minor (traffic noise and dryer that didn’t dry clothes). Overall, outstanding 2-week stay and this beautiful part of the world. "The property is very very tired, we had lots of problems including a smashed glass door, broken blinds preventing the use of the balcony, broken pool lights, all very dangerous for children. A chair was broken but left round the table so when i sat on it, i fell through and cut my leg. It is seriously lacking outdoor furniture which is nothing like the photos. "We stayed a few days in Veracana in the Casa Lady which was our base during our canyoning trip and it was perfect. The house is located in a small village with a magnificent viewpoint, shops nearby and a great pizzeria with a breathtaking view of the lake. The Casa is large and well appointed, and it has a terrace where we were able to eat."

"Es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen sollen das man das Ferienhaus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen kann und das es doch einige Treppen gibt, größtenteils ohne Handläufe. Das war speziell für mich da ich nicht gut zu Fuß bin nicht lustig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und Charm. Im Bad müsste mal im Duschbereich was unternommen werden. "The appartment was very clean and neat, located very close to the lake, main plaza, good restaurants and a ferry. Franco and his wife Giusy warmly welcomed us and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Colico is a lovely quiet town we would love to come back."
