"When you arriving to an hotel, there several minimal things that I required First of all the room need to be clean. its a big No No if you open the light and you see 4 small white insects running on the floor which i need to pick up myself. Second, the room is so hot. there is no A/C to cool it down and no window to open. this is something that need to be told when booking a room. and last, the bed mattress was not comfortable at all. hope they will improve "

"Great property! Especially when traveling with kids. Kitchen stocked with kitchen utensils and plates. Spacious living room and kitchen area. Felt right at home here, staff is very friendly and helpful, I traveled with my 1 yr recently and out of all hotels I stayed at when traveling around Italy, this one was the best.
