"I reserved this chalet for new years ever as well as to celebrate my boyfriend’s 30th birthday with 20 of our closest friends. The accommodations did not disappoint and our group had an awesome time ringing in the new year while celebrating a new decade. The chalet was clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. "We stayed at Shasta cottage with our daughter and her family for an early Christmas. We live in PEI and wanted a place we could all stay. Shasta cottage is a beautiful place and we had everything we needed to do a bbq turkey dinner. The host was very nice and came to meet us the night we got there. We would definitely stay there again."

"Had around 12 friends over in total and the property fit everyone just fine. The firepit was a great chance for us to roast some marshmallows and the living room was just beautiful. Would come here again."

"This was probably the best place I have stayed in for a while. Very quiet and relaxing. There is a beautiful private pond that is swimmable, and there are two kayaks. It's an excellent place for a dog. I think my dog (a golden retriever) had never had so much fun in his life! Highly recommended. We'll definitely go back."

Water is calm and shallow with lots of water toys to have fun with. Location was great, close to shopping and fun day trips. Host was easy to deal with, prompt communication appreciated.
