"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"Go to Disneyland Paris got there a day early so we need a place to stay. Two draw backs first no one was around until 5:00pm this is like a Bed And Breakfast not a hotel. Second we stayed in main suite in the main house great room! Tub Shower awful hard to get into hard to use if your over 60 don’t try. Over all we loved the place and the family was super friendly. We left very early to take train to Paris so not sure about food. "

"The host were very helpful and beyond kind, just amazing genuine people! Property is convenient for visiting Chantilly and Senlis as it is located in a quiet village right in the middle. Breakfast is simple, good for short stay but pretty much the same every morning so could get boring. Everything was clean and seemed fairly new. The only thing I didn’t like was the black mold in the shower…but the hosts seem to be the type of people who will take care of that after seeing this, so probably will...

"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "I never actually got to stay there, granted I didn't see the small print that said I had to ring 24 hours before but when I got to the Apartment block and rang the number provided the person only spoke French and then the call was ended. Attempts were made to ring back but it went to voice mail. In the end I had to book in a Budget Hotel for three nights which was more then adequate"

"Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property. "The property was exactly as described/pictured. My daughter got sick on the way over, the hosts were beyond accommodating and helpful! This property is nestled in a quiet area that we loved. We never did figure out how to catch a bus. We opted to uber to RER and back, it was pretty affordable. The location was really close to Disney. It was about 45min - 1hr from most Paris attractions. "We very much enjoyed our stay with Ms. Aline! At check in, she provides a key that opens and closes the front gate as well as locks the room door. She also provided fresh-baked croissants and baguettes each morning (delicious)! She keeps the kitchen stocked with coffee and seems to take very good care of her property and her guests. The beds are comfortable as well. The back of the property is an open lawn with a play set for children. We will definitely visit again when we are back in the area!"

"Super close to Disneyland, about 15 minute uber ride to the park. Check-in was a little tough due to the time constraints of checking in (only 8-10pm) and since we did not have cell phone service we ended up needing the police to assist us to find the unit and communicate with the host. The host and their family are super nice and kind! We appreciated their hospitality during our stay."

Lovely Stay

"Check in and check out was very easy and efficient, bag storage was clean and simple to follow (a little expensive for leaving a bag for a few hours). We were on a flying visit so didn't venture into the restaurant or use many of the amenities but its a beautiful and convenient location. Very well sound proofed when windows were shut, you could not hear any of the outside noise (of which there were many). My one concern is that the windows open fully and there was nothing in place to stop anyone from jumping/falling from them."

Fabulous stay

"Fabulous hotel, perfect position for sight seeing, not far from metro. 10-15min walk to eiffel tower. Overlooks the seine. Very clean. Good security. Fast efficient lifts so although we were on 31st floor there was never a problem. All staff very polite and helpfull. Bar/lounge area very reasonable prices for paris and lovely atmosphere. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!"

"A nice hotel with friendly front desk, a solid breakfast, and perfectly sufficient room space, especially for a solo traveler. The bed was comfy, it was nice to have a desk to sit at, and even in a small space, there were some nice touches that were helpful. Like a place to sit your phone when the plug is a bit high, or the hooks on the wall for additional things. The bathroom, while tiny, was modern. Loved the area of this hotel, close to so many major tourist spots but also fun to just walk around and find Space Invader street art. There's tons in this neighbourhood."
