"The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There were some things missing, like a coffee table or side tables, and not having tea towels or oven mits provided made getting anything out of the oven very difficult. However, we were provided other missing items very quickly. The check in process needs some work, there is no reception so you get an email the day you check in with a link to pay. This didn't feel secure and I wasn't happy having to process payment this way. "

"Stayed with wife & daughter, room spacious with 2 comfortable double beds & decent size bathroom. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment, bar area was comfy with a terrace if you want to sit outside. Breakfast was lovely, lots on offer. Parking was easy, right next to the hotel. Discovered a bar/restaurant right on the quays below hotel which was lovely too"
