"We were at Sands of Time Feb 15- Mar 31The house & amenities were as listed except there is an RO water spigot which was a huge benefit for sustaining potable water & ice. We used the tap water for dishes, showers & teeth brushing without issue. We used the RO water for drinking, coffee, cooking & ice. There are 2 ice trays. "We took our college son and a friend for Spring Break. We were looking for a chill, on the water spot and this cottage was perfect. Our first trip to the island and we cannot wait to go back! Jaime arranged pickup from airport to dock, water taxi to Spanish Wells, hopped on a golf cart to the cottage. Everything was so easy and stress free. "Rest Ashore is a wonderful place. Located in a perfect spot just down the street from the beach. There is a city park at the end of the street, maybe 90 steps from the house. It’s extremely well-appointed and has everything you need for your vacation. We never thought “oh it would be nice to have this or that”..it was all there. "Fantastic! A great location and a perfect place to unwind and relax. The wonderful view was enjoyable from both inside and out on the deck. Our host was super helpful and responsive. The kitchen and cottage in general were very well equipped, well maintained and, up to date. "We loved our stay at Elizabeth on the Crown. It is the perfect location for teenagers who can walk everywhere. The owner was incredibly gracious and allowed us to check in early. We loved the coffee at Cocoa daily too! "

"Fully equipped great little cottage. 2 very nice bedrooms and baths with space and privacy for more. Located in the historic harbor with a great porch to watch the world go by. Due to an airline issue we needed 3 extra nights at the very last minute and we were graciously accommodated. This was a great space for us and highly recommend Harbor House."

"The house is one of the newer on the island. It is located on RUSSELL island , across from the wonderful Sandbar. I would not say there is direct access to a beach. But you can easily hang out at the Sandbar beach, which is super popular destination for boaters to pull up, calm water, great food and drink. Easy golf cart to spanish and we ended up thinking we had the best house out of the 3 we had between friends. Soooo many amenities. They have everything you need for the beach and traveling...
