"Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! "The view on the property was beautiful!! The house was very spacious and beautifully done! It was well stocked with towels and extra blankets. Our group of 6 felt extremely comfortable. Check in was made very easy! It is very close to Tall Pines ATV park. We were able to ride our ATV's over with ease. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!"

"The GPS lied to us about where it was, however we found it very easily (it was just across the street) we didnt really relaize that it was gonna be a little tiny neighborhood type thing but there wasnt really anyone else around and it was very nice and quiet! "We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful cabin. We went to Cherry Springs stargazing, but had the same wonderful view (and much more comfortable seats) from the fire ring area. We heard coyotes and turkeys. There was a deer in the front lawn Saturday morning. We, also, went on the Ole Covered Wagon tour and went shopping in Wellsboro. I enjoyed every minute on our relaxing weekend."
