The property was spotless and conveniently located, making it easy to explore Montego Bay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. "Close to the airport also close to the head strip. Location was well clean staff was friendly 24 hour security, automatic gates two bedroom, full kitchen, living room, backyard pool everything that you can need for your stay for wise Y and cable I highly recommend."

"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"It might be a nice place if they communicated with their customers.... But because they would not communicate with me I wound up . not happy . I think this property is okay if you Never have a need to communicate with the management."

"The administrators of the property are quite rigid in their arrangements, and the amenities in the kitchen are quite basic/rudimentary. "

"checkin did not start till 5 even when we were there at 3."

"The room was horrible it was dirty the air half worked, the stove was rusty no way could anyone cook on it.The ceiling tile was filthy and in areas it leaked.There was no daily house keeping,there was huge roaches in the room the sliding door was broken we barley could use the balcony,the box springs on the beds were dry rotten.. The fabric litterly was falling off of the box springs.No tea and coffee maker..as promised the tub would not drain properly, the was were dirty... But I had fun...

"First of all I booked with El Greco so when the itinerary came back with this info I was surprised, however my card was already charged so I figured what could go wrong. At 3:15 I asked the Lady at the desk when would the room be ready, she actually picked up the phone called Housekeeping and informed the person on the other end of the line that *the lady that supposed to check in a complain* mind you right in front of me. The room smelled like roaches were the only occupants of the room,...

"Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly,black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night,front door doesn't lock...

"The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb."

"Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over...

"The location of this apartment is the best part of the stay. The room is clean and well maintained. Security at front entrance great and very helpful with navigating around the neighborhood. The strip can get sketchy with drug dealers and prostitutes so be careful at night time. 5 mins from the airport. I would recommend this stay only to those that keep a low profile and know how to navigate the street life straight up. "
