"Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and condition at this price point. It's obvious that they are consistently improving and repairing to keep up with tenants that treat their rooms poorly. The result is a more updated and well apportioned room than I was expecting. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly."

"The property was inexpensive. The bathroom and bed linens appeared and smelled clean. The property is old and falling apart. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close as it set crooked in the door frame, cracks and missing plaster on the walls and ceiling. Dripping tub faucet. Outside condition of the building was shabby with rusting beams, cracking and deteriorating plaster and no landscaping whatsoever. If you are just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep this is okay."

"The townhouse was great- very clean and plenty of room for my family of six. I do wish there was a bigger bed in the Master bedroom- the mattress was thin and the bed was squeaky to sleep in. Property manager was great- very easy to communicate with very helpful. "
