"Can I start by saying we chose this location because we had stayed here 2 times previously and have LOVED this location. This time however, the gate code was outdated (it said December in my email) and at 10:30 at night, the last thing you want to do is NOT be able to get into the first locked gate. Then there are 5 condos and they are all labeled. I went to 5 different doors with the PM on the phone with me trying to get into the correct house. This I found very unsafe!
