"This property and host was my favorite VRBO rental ever. The host was flexible, kind, and responsive. The property was AMAZING, and the lodge had every detail perfect for comfortable enjoyment of nature. Highlights included watching birds and deer at the feeders, walking the trails, watching sunrises and snow fall from the comfy furniture on the covered porch, reading by the fire, kayaking, moving from snow to sauna, playing games in the hut, and quality and affordable dinner at the supper club....

"This was the perfect setting for our group of friends who have been best buddies for well over 50 years. We could relax and enjoy reminiscing without a care in the world. Lots of sunny windows with a view of the lake which was just beginning to thaw from its winter freeze. The cabin was both roomy and cozy. "

"Overall — the property had everything we needed. The fishing off the dock was GREAT, as one of us even caught a very large muskee right off of it! I do feel that the place looks a bit worse for wear, or hastily constructed, in a few areas (vinyl peeling off the ceiling of the outside porch, etc.,) but this didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay. My only suggestion would be a larger dining room table. Oh — and the host was SUPER responsive and SUPER helpful. 10/10 on that front!"

"We had a lovely time at this beautiful property. Comfortable, updated, quiet. There are no photos that show the steps down to the lake, which are quite steep, so it isn’t great for folks with mobility issues but is absolutely perfect for those without!"
