We were allowed to check in early which was a big plus since we wanted to go walk around the city and not have to worry about our bags. The room was very clean and the staff was excellent with any questions we had. Will stay there again."

"Initial reaction during check in wasn't the best because pregnant staff member wasn't very welcoming. She spoke very low and was short in her words. Later during my stay, I did have an issue with plumbing in our room. Staff was great about moving us to another room because issue kept happening. I appreciated that and would stay with them again in the future due to location of subway, food options and shopping nearby. "
