"This is how a hotel should be run. Its clean, the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are well stocked with coffee and the room is not excessively cleaned every day. I dislike towels washed every single day even if they have not been used. They are ask you to call house keeping if you need a room cleaning. The breakfast was very good, hot options, and loads of coffee. Staff ran around making sure everything was well stocked and clean."

"I checked in a head of time a pound arrived room number was wrong the card key was not activated . The bath tub faucet didn’t work correctly. The bed was so soft that you sunk in to the mattress it was a king size bed. The a/c unit was so loud kept us up all night. Will not stay at this hotel ever again."
