"We were excited to celebrate my husband's birthday in the presidential suite. It is a lovely room, with a few areas needing attention. The trash from the prior guest had not been removed, from the dining area. When we picked up the trash to set it outside the door, there was trash behind the can.The can should have been picked up, trash removed from floor, and the area vacuumed, by staff. The main bath has some torn wallpaper near the shower, and the vents are very dusty throughout, I think...

"It was a comfortable place to stay, with only one complaint. Apparently we got an updated room with a large new TV, however the TV was not connected to satellite so unusable. The wifi in the room was great, liked that we did not have to reconnect each day. Nice kitchen area and plenty of desk space. Friendly desk agents. Pet friendly. "
