"Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment"

What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy.
