"The rooms are nice. They were outdated, but it is an old place. The bathrooms are all remodeled. They forgot to put in a vent fan. The carriage house where we attended a party is a beautiful place however, they don’t know how to run it, for the entire night they only had two bartenders on for over 300 people there was constantly a 25 minute wait to get a cocktail. They need to do better."

"This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults in town for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for us and more if we wanted. House was clean, listing was accurate and location was perfect. Todd was very helpful with our many questions. Will book again for next year."

"Cute. Small. Kitchen well-equipped, including Keureg with some pods provided for coffee & tea, sweetener & powdered cream (morning coffee info is important to me!). Near Empire State Trail, which was perfect because I was biking in and out from the trail. Host very accessible. Location appears rural, but there are active train tracks very nearby, so it can get noisy, but it settles a bit at night. I was confused because in the listing it says sleeps 4, and in the photos the upstairs beds looked...

"Winter time is a downtime in the area. So there was the restaurant inside the hotel and a pizza shop nearby open. There was a gyro place as well, but otherwise majority of the shops were closed. But all within walking distance. A quick walk to the lake as well! The parking garage was convenient as well. Overall great experience. Room was big and clean. "
