The hotel in overall is dirty. Hallways are filthy, furniture in rooms damaged, and there was a constant smell of pot through the entire hotel. Definitely won’t be back.

I must say the area of the hotel is good. But the hotel its self is terrible. I had to switch rooms 3* until I found a better one. At the last one when I thought I was good, the tub was clogged and sink was busted water on the floor as well. Horrible experience ever. I will never booked with them again.

I liked that the hotel s right across from the train station. I did not like the fact that there is a 15$ dollar valwt parking charge with only 10 spaces and if you choose to Park yourself its metered parking on the street in front of the hotel.

The food at the restaurant was fantastic and so were the portions and the service. The bed was so comfortable, and overall the hotel was quiet. The hotel staff were so friendly, polite and accommodating! I will absolutely stay there again when in town.

The Andrew Hotel is a cozy, comfortable, and clean place to stay. it is conveniently just down the block from both the Great Neck LIRR Station and multiple buses that stop at the station. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy.
