"There was a fire alarm situation and the clerk was telling everyone it’s ok to go up to our rooms without having had the fire department clear the hotel. On top of that I asked 4 times from the day I checked in for a shower chair, for a room that was accessible, the chair should be offered at check in or already in the bathroom. The one time I asked the clerk said’ it’s kinda hectic right now. "

"We were in downtown Buffalo for an event and we chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the event. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely.
