"We arrived by boat and arranged for a few golf carts to be delivered to the house. Orchid Bay is a beautiful gated neighborhood and ideally located to get to the market, Nippers, Grabbers etc. The property is amazing and the owner was very attentive and easy to deal with. "

" The beach and the property are beautiful but you do need to know that water and electricity are not always available. Power going out was not really a big deal because it was cool but we didn’t have any water one night as we tried to get ready for dinner and then one morning we woke up to shower because we were talking a ferry to another island and again had NO water.
