"We to GTCf for a quick last minute fishing trip. The dock was a plus boat captain and ferry picked up and dropped off from the dock. Location is very close to town. Corner shower was a little on the small side but the king bed was so comfy!! We would definitely stay again! "

"First time traveler to Guana Cay and everything was perfect! The owner was great communicating the location and assisting me in retaining a cab driver in Marsh. Location of this home is walking distance to everything you may need, bars, restaurants, shops, public dock, etc. I did not rent a golf cart but if you want to explore more of the island, I'd suggest calling ahead to reserve. (Guana Dive located near the home rents golf carts.) Overall, the place was perfect and would highly recommend...

"This swanky apartment was incredible. There is a ton of room that will accommodate eight guests. The finishes were first rate, location ideal and property manager very responsive. Only knock is there is no bar sink, which would have been nice to have..."

"1st off we were switched to another condo without being told. I contacted them a day ahead & had no response. Upon arrival we couldn't get in. Finally a text came saying welcome..were in #24 now. They claimed they told me. Door was hard to open & close. Sliding door is very difficult to open. There isn't a handle outside either making it even more impossible when you're outside. Inside handle was broken too. Also the screws for shutters are left in the wall causing my guest visiting to cut...

Paul was an outstanding host and very informative with details of things we needed to do upon arrival (taxi, ferry, boat/golf cart rental, etc.) We loved the Beach House…the pictures does not do it justice, it’s wonderful. It was a perfect location for us as far as all the things we wanted to accomplish! Our family of four will definitely be returning!"
