"I asked for luggage storage before check-in time and when I arrived my room was ready about 2 hrs before check-in. Front desk staff was helpful. I needed cultlery and some plates and he was very happy to provide them. Enjoyable one night stay "

"the only 3 star is for the lack of A/C. It's Europe so we knew there was no guarantee of A/C so we rolled with it. I believe they are working on installing A/C. We had a small fan in the room which helped the first night. It was quiet pleasant with the patio doors open the 2nd night! Loved the patio. Great space. Very charming property in a fantastic location. Staff was wonderful. "
