"Gary & Patti's cabin was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We went on a fly fishing trip on the South Holston river, and it was close enough to get an early start on the day. The cabin itself is great. Plenty of room and Wifi/streaming worked well. We used the grill and the fire pit a lot. It was secluded with plenty of fun amenities. Would highly recommend if you want an outdoor stay with modern amenities! Property manager, Phil, was great :)"

"The property was just as listed online, everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our 4 and 10 year old had so much fun outside on the tire swing and playing in the big yard, and we all enjoyed walking the area and seeing the beautiful mountains and scenery. The home itself was spacious and felt just like a home away from home. "

"Everyone loved house and would come back again"

"It was the most relaxing stay we have had in a long time. Pat met us when we got in and made sure we got the lay of the land. The next morning, the peacocks were on the porch, dozens of birds at the feeders, the buffalo, goats and chickens were so cool! Robin, the blacksmith, was able to spend some time with us. We sat in the sunroom and just relaxed. It was just beautiful. We can't wait to get back! That made my husbands birthday just perfect. Thank you Lynch family for the amazing...

"The house was more beautiful than the pictures. Clean, spacious, comfy beds, hot showers and an amazing kitchen! So much space to spread out and find a comfy space to read or unwind. We arrived a day ahead of Hurricane Helene and survived this horrific storm in this well built home. Coming from Nee England, we had never experienced a storm of this fierce magnitude but we see thankful that we were in such a safe house. This property is a hidden gem and we truly enjoyed everything about it....

"Cabin had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The cabin is definitely older construction, but it has been beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable, and the small desk was super helpful for homework/work while visiting family. We also really appreciated the washer/dryer. The location gives the country feel - it took us about 30 minutes to travel to Fall Branch. Overall excellent experience!"

"It was a short weekend trip, but the accommodations were perfect. The house was impeccably clean, and very well stocked, with bathroom essentials, board games available, and a well appreciated welcome basket of snacks. The location was very relaxing; we sat on the dock by the lake until well after dark. We will return again and plan for a longer stay. "
