"We had a wonderful time staying at the "Reel Hip" condo in Marathon. The condo is updated with beautiful decor. The kitchen had every appliance and all the essentials needed for our stay. There are plenty of games, cards and a bumper pool table that the teenagers loved. We enjoyed bird watching from the dock and the kayaks added to our adventures. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo. We will definitely be back to this condo in Marathon. "

"HIGHLY recommend this rental unit! Gorgeous views, huge wrap around porch and comfortable beds. We loved this unit. Was easy to park and access via elevator, and so comfortable to come home to after exploring other islands. We had friends staying in a little house across the street, and they were envious of our rental! A walk down the dock in the morning and you can greet the manitee that lives there. "From the first contact with owner to the last was perfect. The place had very nice furnishings and the location overlooking/on the Atlantic Ocean was beautiful. I use a wheelchair and walker. If you have any accessibility issues this is the place! The toilet doesn’t have rails and you can step into the shower but have to be strong enough to balance and hold onto the wall. Other than that the doorways, the elevator and getting around the condo was easy. Most impressed. "

"The condo was great, having a private beach was incredible, the location is perfect. Mary is wonderful. Boat rentals less than a mile away, a little over an hour drive to Key West, close to great restaurants and state parks. If you fly , use Fort Lauderdale and not Miami, the drive is 30 minutes longer but it will take a lot less time and aggravation to get through FLL."

"We had a great time in the keys! The location is quiet and accommodated our family of 4 nicely. The host had impeccable communication & we tried many of his provided recommendations. We saw dolphins and sea turtles right off our beach! We’d definitely stay here again if we travel back to the keys."

"Check in was a breeze. Communication with the owner was easy and quick response time. Condo was exactly what was pictured. Beautiful views, very peaceful. Location was perfect, right in the middle of all the keys. We flew into Miami about 1.5 hr drive also 1.5 to Key West from the condo. Would definitely book again. "

"The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again."

We learned that a Topsider is kind of like a treehouse with its main support in the middle underneath which puts you 9-10ft up off the ground. There was some sagging around the outside edges of the structure causing gaps in the flooring and flex with walking around.
