"This was a great stay for us as we attended a nearby conference. House was clean and well furnished. Some cleenex would be nice but other than that the kitchen was stocked with the essentials and it was quiet and easy to access through brightly lit outdoor walkways. Beds were plush and comfy! Thank you very much! Vrbo and Expedia didn't give much details so communicating with the host was necessary and he was very responsive."

"My wife, son and I really enjoyed staying at the Blackwell Mansion. It's it a great location. We walked to a couple of excellent restaurants and took the streetcar to the Tacoma Dome. It was super easy to check in and the property was very clean. I highly recommend staying at the property."

"The apt is a 30 min drive to tacoma. It's small and musty. We stayed for a month. Now where do I start.... Broken closet door and dirty carpets to start. There is no dishwasher in the tiny kitchen with small fridge. The laundry is in a shared room in the apt complex. You'll have to wait your turn to do laundry. The heater went out in one of the bedrooms the second I turned it on. The rest of the stay I froze in the 40 degree room. There were someone's dirty clothes under one bed, the other...
