"Listing accurately describes the unit, it does not however start to describe the outstanding scenery to get to it nor the tranquility of the home. It’s nearby the national monuments, Route 66 memorabilia and the continental divide trail. Grants does not a lot of eating establishments but the well stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy. Lovely location."

"Nothing to like about this property. Mattresses were old, dirty and stained. The kitchen sink had a dirt ring and hair clog in the sink. The dish drainer belongs in the garbage. The bathroom was in disrepair and dirty. There was plywood in place of a window and spider webs everywhere. The front and back yard were unkept. We were unable to access the property after the initial walkthrough. I do not recommend this property."
