I didn’t appreciate the reception grilling. I was told that “everybody says they have a disabled wife” when I asked for a ground floor room. We were later asked if “we had a cat in there”. I’m allergic to cats, of course we didn’t have any animals in our room.

We booked this facility because it was a byproduct of Best Western and we have always been satisfied with Best Western. We also booked because of the pool and hot tub. They were both empty and we were told they had been down for maintenance for over a month. This should be updated on the website. Desk staff said we should have called in to see if the pool and hot tub were working. Certainly defeats the purpose of booking online for efficiency The TV did not work, had to move to another room, heat couldn't be turned down, ran out of hot water, no body wash or hair conditioner. I am requesting a refund as it was just too many things

This motel was dirty and very run down. When i arrived, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to go to the office to get some. The room was very stark and bare. It felt cold and unfinished. The towels were very thin, dingy and unraveling. There was nowhere to hang any towels or hand towels. There was no bar soap or hand soap. The tub did not drain and would fill with water when showering. When going to check out in the morning, the door to the front desk was locked, so i had to walk all the way around to the front entrance to check out. Just wasn't a comfortable or positive experience.

Not having to drive a long way off the highway to get to the hotel was nice. A restaurant and Walmart close by was real convenient. It was convenient having a microwave in the room. The breakfast was average. The biscuit gravy was not all-that-great! The room was comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied and will book a room on our return trip home.

Close proximity to food options and the interstate. Looks to have been recently remodelled, however, items like the bathtub (knob to the tub was falling off), etc were skipped. I fully expect to pay an incidental fee but they charged $100 for one night. For no more than is provided and the condition of the room/facility, I thought this was excessive.

Terrible hotel. Dirty! Fridge didn't work. Booked online and no mention of an additional $100 deposit required. Stains on mattress and comforter, noted when checking for bed bugs. Floor was dirty. Noisy pipes. It may be one of the worst hotels I have encountered. Breakfast was terrible. Wasn't cheap in price either. I can not recommend this hotel, photos must be photoshopped.
