"We were in town to help an ailing family member. The house was perfect for our needs. Lovely lakefront location for a relaxing respite from the days activities. House was clean. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs and the beds were comfy. Loved having the washer/dryer in unit. That made our packing so much lighter. And the location was close to our family. "

Unfortunately on our first night we were woken by rodents in the ceiling and walls. I made owner aware and she apologized. I emailed her two more times about the same issue. No response which was disappointing. There was no sign of the rodents in the actual house or we would have left. I would have thought this kind of inconvenience would get more than an apology. "The property and location are fabulous. We had everything we needed in the house and once we figured out where the grill was it went even better. It was cozy. My only complaint is the door out to the deck needs weather striping or a door draft stopper. The only reason I gave 4 star that I did, was I was asked to get in touch 48 hours for early check in, I did and heard nothing back. Other than that our stay was wonderful. "

"This cabin was cozy, & spotless, the views were breath taking, even with the rain it just added to the Washington vibes. The sounds on the window & roof was pure white noise. The hot tub was perfect, again super clean & and felt amazing. The WiFi isn’t great at all, but I loved being disconnected from social and shutting the world off for 48 hours, that’s what getting away is and should be. The fireplace, the fireplace… unfortunately we could not get those eco friendly logs to light, all of us...
