"Really cute apartment in a great part of town! Libby was wonderful, communicated quickly, check-in/out process was smooth and easy. It could use a few more/nicer kitchen items, pots/pans. But I like to cook and stayed almost two weeks, so that may be moot for most guests. Loved the location, quick access to the park, CWE, Clayton, loop, downtown, etc. And do yourself a favor and get the chicken “tenders” from Ocean Grill around the corner! "Very clean and quiet apartment. Great place to stay with small kids. It is a 30 minute walk to the zoo, which sounds like a lot but it is a very pleasant and safe walk through Forest Park. Also very close to the Delmar Loop Trolley which my 2 year old was absolutely enthralled with. Towels were plentiful and kitchen was adequate for a simple meal. I was impressed that the AC was COLD in such an old building. We would stay here again without hesitation. "

"Good location for getting around to locations all over St. Louis. Walkable to metro link stop and parts of Forest Park! Be aware if you have issues with stairs as our unit was up several flights of stairs but overall a very clean quiet and convenient place to stay! Owners were very helpful and easy to work with! Replied quickly to any messages."

"Worked great for our family trip down memory lane visiting our old haunts in St. Louis. Reminded me of the apartment buildings I lived in, with original hardwood floors, plaster walls, and all. Very convenient location to the Metro and Forest Park. The only drawbacks were the heat (top floor and probably some of the hottest days of the summer meant the A/C couldn't keep up) and the basement laundry. Housekeeping uses it from 10-3, but even then there were no washers/dryers open."

"When we arrived we had not received any info on how to get in! Finally found how to contact Vrbo help after messaging the owner. Vrbo got hold of the owner who checked and confirmed the info had not been sent. Ummm yeah, we knew that! Eventually we got in and it was easy but very frustrating and NOT the way to start a vacation. Property was fine. Bathroom door sticks and is half open always. Could use a night light (I didn’t think I’d need one.) Disposer didn’t work - we just used trash can....

"Please put in light blocking curtains for the two bedrooms! There is too much light for just blinds. This is a great property, small footprint but the AC was reliable and the apartment is very quiet. It could also use a chain for the front door in addition to the combination lock."
