"This was a nice property for our stay. We brought a paddle board and kayak and it was perfect on Wednesday and Thursday as it was very calm on the lake. There was a little more wake from boats on Friday and Saturday. It was nice that the Toilet room was separate from the shower room, as we had 6 people staying on Friday and Saturday night. "A great get away, its small with stairs, which was no problem for us. The location is wonderful, small towns nearby with good restaurants and grocery stores. A quick drive to Holland and State Parks. We had a wonderful time. And its dog friendly!"

There were many issues, but here are the top 3: Old and uncomfortable beds Too noisy inside (very loud fan blower on furnace) and outside (highway traffic) Musty odors and sulfur water odors As we heavily rely on reviews, we did not heed our own advice as we were lured in by that river view and the assumption that it would be quiet. "We had a great time at this lakefront property. It had everything we needed for the Memorial weekend to get together with some family members. A large deck facing to the lake provided a perfect relaxing time!"

"Cute place. Very simple and functional. The cleaning was not up to par…dusty blinds and bathroom areas…some updates would make bathroom feel cleaner. Location great to get where you want to go, but it’s on a busy street. The second bedroom is situated so that the AC unit is in the way so wasn’t usable comfortably."

"Great weekend visiting our son at Hope. Place was close to Downtown Holland- easy walk to restaurants and shops. Nice morning run around the Hope campus. We had room to spread out and unwind after a "grueling" beach day. Very clean property with coffee maker, hot pot, and all the kitchen basics. Would stay here again!"

"Thanks so much for a great weekend at Cannonsburg Ski Area. We were so close that we could drive back and forth with our equipment for lunch and dinner! We were comfortable, the property was clean and well maintained. The fully stocked kitchen fed our party of 13 so well! The two condos were across the hall from each other and easy to get back and forth. The neighbors were friendly and communicated politely their needs for parking."
