"Great property for a relaxing holiday. All shops were nearby and the beach. So the location was fantastic. Just minor niggles, with some kitchen utensils could do with sharpening e.g knives. No SMART TV. Lots of mosquitoes when sitting on the terrace. Otherwise a great stay."

From before the booking was made, Deowan was quick to answer queries and provided much information, including arranging airport transfers (at a better rate than any I could find). He greeted us at check-in and guided us around the property and Deowan is always just a call away if you need anything or need some tips for things to see and do. "Our family spent several days at Cap Ouest and we could not have asked for a better location. This apartment is spacious and well appointed and has an AMAZING view over the water. The complex itself is small and quiet. We were close to everything Flic en Flac has to offer. The beach is small and there are no chairs/ loungers available, but the water is beautiful and calm and a fun place to snorkel. The pool area is very nice. Overall this was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Mauritius!"

Functionally and thoughtfully structured rooms including a large master bedroom equipped with a working desk big enough for two people, connecting walk-in closet (room!) with a built-in dresser. "The condo was beautiful, has everything you need and just as pictured. Its in a good area close to the main shops and restaurants in Flic en Flac. The communication with the manager is good and Stephanie the housekeeper is lovely and pleasant and keeps the place very neat and tidy. A wonderful place for a Mauritius vacation!"

"I stayed here with my parents and girlfriend. The apartment is in a great location, a walk to the beach and the town but not right on the beach where it’s noisy. Quiet and respectful residence with mainly owners and long term tenants from who we spoke with. We were there for over a month, no issues and communication with the owner was quick and easy. They seem like lovely people , would stay again"

"The compact but well maintained gardens and the swimming pool meant we spent more time outside than in our holiday villa!. The bedooms are very comfortable while the kitchen is one of the best equipped we have ever seen! Not that we did any cooking!
