"Pros: “breakfast on us” coupons, fun working water slides, enjoyable meals at tavern and aaltos on site. Clean room! Cons: Front desk could use some customer service training. No smiles. No warm welcome. Have to ask questions you’d expect them to just provide in their welcome at check in. Down to one elevator, other under repairs. "The property is older but it is clean. It has one of the lower rated per night which is understandable due to the age. The only thing that was disappointing was that one of the 2 adult hot tubs was not working, and only had a max capacity of 4"

"The rooms were not as clean as previous visits. They have a very limited breakfast on week days no eggs or sausages. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

Thank goodness Sarah the girl manning the front desk wasn't afraid to do some investigative work, double check with her supervisor, and do it all with a smile.
