Well kept and great option for the area. Breakfast is no longer included, we didn’t get the room we requested but one that was similar and the supply room must have been beside our bedroom because they were very loud in the morning getting their carts ready to start cleaning! All in all we would stay again though as it’s clean.

An overnight pitstop on the way to Moncton. I found the bed too soft so has a restless sleep. Other than that, the location was good and across the road from a gas bar and Tim Hortons so that was great. Like everything after the last 4 years, the prices I found were a bit high given there's no free breakfast included any longer.

Hotel was fine, in-house restaurant was a let down. Ordered 2 chicken wraps that took 45 minutes to arrive and they both were missing the chipotle sauce. No free breakfast. Edmundston charged us $2 more for the night (going the other direction to Nova Scotia) but had free breakfast. Would return to Edmundston, rather than Grand Falls, in the future.

Front ladies were very friendly, polite helpful! Didn’t realize that we had robes in the room and called down to request a robe and immediately they sent up a robe. Great service!

Renovation removed the breakfast area where breakfast was provided with the stay and replaced it with a deli type counter service This is a deal breaker for us We will seek staying elsewhere next time through
