"This property is no longer a motel! It has been converted into apartments, in a very sketchy area of town. One of the residents told me that the property owner has left this listing on Expedia so they can get money from people who pay in advance, with no chance of getting a refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE!"

"A great base location for travel to NB sights and PEI. Provides a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Just a couple blocks to coastline tho no view from house. If you need railing to go up stairs, be aware that the railing switches sides at wide landing and has no railing at corner. Recently renovated with comfortable furniture. "

"This was once a great family owned and used property. Not sure how long it has been a rental but it is starting to get run down. Only 2 actual bedrooms, everything else is mattresses on a floor, an area with a bed or two or a pull out. Only the main living area and the main bedroom have air conditioning.
