"The 3 pools onsite at the Pelican are small but nice. The restaurant at the pool was convenient and delicious. The staff is very nice and helpful. You have to take the free ferry (or shuttle) to Taino Beach and this is where you find the fun slide, and swim up cave bar that you see in some of the pictures. We really enjoyed this pool. Would def recommend, especially for a family of five bc the room was big enough and they brought a cot for small fee. "

As advertised this location is a bit off the beaten path and is perfect for a quality family vacation away from the hustle of everyday life!! Weather was perfect, no issues with bugs, and caught some fish!! "
