"I really enjoyed staying this property, nice staff, cleanliness of the property 👍, except for the master room shower needs a deep cleaning has some dirty stain marks/mold. We showered with our sandals on. Also, it would be great if there was an AC in the rooms was really hot and stuffy. There was ceiling fan and portable fan but it was still hot. Will definitely stay here again. 👍🙂"

"Well the place is really clean, only one issue for 2 days and half no water the administrator was running up and down I went to lobby to asked what happened no water, they said leaking pipe was Sunday afternoon we have water until Tuesday afternoon, probably the problem was more serious because they don't finding the parts for fixed the problem I was really mad because we expected good service"

"It’s a lovely area and apartment. The view of the volcanoes was incredible. So many beautiful amenities and our favorite part was the terrace. Seeing the actual eruption of the volcano was amazing and the hostess was so helpful."
