"Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. "A wonderful place to stay in Granada - the hotel is 3 blocks from Calle Calzada which has on offer restaurants, cafes, bars etc. However, it is the people that make this the place to stay in Granada. From the owner Terry, who I had the pleasure of hearing many a fascinating story over breakfast, to Ligia and Nadine on the front desk, who were always super professional and always available to offer advice and help. A mention for all the other hard working staff who were always very polite, friendly and professional. Whilst I saw and did everything I wanted to do in Granada, I think I would return again someday just to stay at this hotel and see everyone again! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Granada! "
