"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

"We started our trip in Leon and had the most beautiful hotel for the same price. When we got to Granada and Los Corredores we were very disappointed and considered changing hotels if not for financial reasons. Our room was like a prison. All white, no art and it smelled like moth balls so strongly I could hardly breathe. "The location is great and the building could be totally CHARMING if there was more effort, cleanliness, and thought put into it. Our pillows did not even have pillowcases on them, there were stains on the bed sheets and they smelled like mold, our room was super hot and small, and the shower was moldy and not clean.
