"We had never stayed in yurt before so that was nice to try. The place was very clean and cozy. The hot tub was great and the bed was SO comfy. And the view from our porch was beautiful. The thin walls did take some getting used to. People in the next yurt over sounded much closer than they were. Their music and late night conversations were hard to sleep through. And snow sliding off the roof sounded like an animal scratching. But all in all it was a good time and we had fun. "

"Nice spot for a small extended family get away. Cozy and kitchen was well stocked. Only removed a star due to one mattress being a bit uncomfortable and some poor water pressure upstairs. We enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table. Overall great place. "

"We found this location a great choice as a relaxing weekend for our group of college friends and their spouses. The only minor criticisms were that we did not locate the indoor pool mentioned in the description and there was no propane for the grill. A phone number I had previously been given to report problems by our POC turned out to be for emergencies only. A follow-up email directed to VRBO was responded to in a reasonable time, with a rep dropping off a full propane tank. The bedrooms were...

"We had a great time at Oar House. We were surprised that the house was furnished eating and cooking utensils, games, coloring books and crayons and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom. "

"I rented the house to have a place to stay while visiting family from Virginia. The home was comfy and large enough to host my family of 8 and entertain extended family for a Thanksmas celebration. I didn’t find a shovel or salt which would have been helpful since it showed. I was also told it had 2 slow cookers, and couldn’t find either. Besides that, our experience was very pleasant and we would rent this home again. "
