"Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption war die Dame sehr freundlich (das war auch die einzige am gesamten Aufenthalt). Das Zimmer hat gestunken (die Abflüsse). Auf den ersten Blick sah es sauber aus, aber z.B. unter der Couch war es mehr als dreckig. Dafür das man knapp 65€ für die Reinigung zahlen muss. Ist es mehr als ärgerlich! "Vi fik alle oplysninger på mail. Der var enkelte fejl i oplysningerne, men de blev rettet. Der var koldt vand i bruseren, men dette blev ligeledes rettet op på. Lejlighed slidt, men meget fin oplevelse af rengøring, rene senge mm indenfor, udenfor var der påbegyndt renovering. Dejlig placering, nemt til alting. Sun and snow meget behjælpelige, vi kommer gerne igen."

"Das äußerst gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort für Erholungssuchende; ein bisschen abseits vom Bädertrubel, aber dennoch nahe genug dran. Hier findet man Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit. Die Betten sind herrlich bequem, es ist blitzsauber und die Vermieter sind herzliche und feine Menschen. Wie gesagt: Besser gehts nicht!"

"Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat super geklappt, Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage, fussläufig alles super zu erreichen, toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche hat alles was man braucht. "

"Die FeWo war anscheinend längere Zeit nicht belegt, Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, Terrasse entsprach in keinster Weise dem Inserat. Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut, kurzer Weg zum Strand, Geschäfte, Promenade. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen. "

"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Weg zum Strand war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.(ansonsten wären auch hierfür alleine 7Euro/Tag an Parkgebühren fällig) Leider war der in der Anzeige beschriebene Bäcker bzw. ehemalige Supermarkt bis auf weiteres geschlossen. Dieses war aber auf Grund der Nähe zu Ückeritz und Koserow kein größeres Problem. Auch Radtouren in Richtung Achterwasser sind von hieraus gut machbar."

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

Nice spa hotel with good breakfast.

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "
