Ich bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden und es hat mir auch für zukünftige Buchungen das Vertrauen genommen. Und ich habe wahnsinnig viel Zeit verloren. Sehr ärgerlich. Zumal ich mich bei einer solchen Kommunikation, wie auch diese Nachfrage, jedesmal frage, ob meine Kreditkartendaten gut bei Ihnen und den Vermietern aufgehoben ist. Nie wieder."

"We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "
