"Stayed for F1 2025. Clean and tidy. The restaurant which is part of the hotel was supposedly closed to public despite people eating so had to walk out to other places to eat."

Absolutely excellent value for money, just inconvenient to get to (car/taxi basically mandatory). --- I went with enough people that we booked 2 of the standard quadruple bed rooms. Since these rooms are actually two halves of the same cabin (unlike the private villas), we basically had the whole cabin to ourselves.
