"The property and car park looks very shabby but inside the rooms are clean and have everything you need for a stopover. It seemed as though there are improvements being made but aren’t finished. Some basic things could be done to improve it further. There was a broken light fitting in our bathroom, the bin in the room was broken, only one bedside cabinet, chipped crockery. All easy fixes to improve things. Blind doesn’t block the street lights so if you need full darkness this will be an issue...

"Heritage, but one of the cleanest and tidiest little places we've stayed in the recent years. Very friendly staff and not far from the highway - no need for big detours and also close to town to grab a meal. Although there is a restaurant in the complex, we haven't tried it."
