"We bring all of our grandkids down to see family in Niles every spring break. We have rented 3 other rentals in the area and this by far is our favorite! We had 7 kids and 3 adults with us this time and we were all so comfortable. We had a nice backyard for the kids to play and 2 living rooms where they could have their own space. "Had a great stay while visiting our ND student. Plenty of room to spread out and have a few of his friends over for a dinner. Hot tub was a great perk enjoyed by all. House is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Todd was easy to work with and very communicative. Hope to stay there again!"
