"This is our 3rd time staying here, we love this historic home, it is in very good condition. The home is very clean, well stocked, the layout is very good and the communication with the host is also very good. We love the brook going by. It is close to Smith College where our daughter goes to school. We also enjoy the many other places and things to do in this area. Even after our daughter graduates I can see us coming back to this home and part of Massachusetts. "

"This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. "We loved the property! Our family, which included 2 very young grandchildren all felt comfortable in this historic home with 2 modern bathrooms. I loved the open kitchen and family rooms, and the original wide plank floors. Plus, we were happy to find toys to entertain the 3 year old. The owners were very gracious and responsive. "Amazing place!! Perfect for a peaceful getaway with friends family, or loved ones. The home is nestled in the trees, and it is absolutely peaceful. You can only hear the wind blow through the trees and the babbling brook nearby. All amenities are there. Nothing was needed. The deck is awesome, and there’s a huge firepit on the property. Tons of rooms beds, and blankets. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nothing needed."

"This old barn was renovated into a great place to stay. Jane and Ian paid careful attention to details, light, colors, materials. Very comfortable and relaxing.
