They have different foods each night in the buffet restaurants. The food is great with a wide range to suit everyone. Feels everything in the hotel is done with thought, and care for the well-being of the guests. We checked in really late at night with Manus at the desk to assist us with the check-in. He welcomed us with warm smile. He was super helpful and gave us something to eat knowing we came to the hotel after a long flight. That was a warm welcome. We entered the room with amazing views at the balcony. They have made the holiday and the whole experience special for me and my partner. Thank you again! "

"Could not recommend this place more! We will definitely be going back. The staff was phenomenal, when we arrived we were greeted by a concierge who took our bags inside/to our rooms and made us a mimosa while we filled out our check in details. We did the half board so we got a buffet breakfast and dinner each night that had so many options and were very delicious! The front desk also made us a reservation for the el la carte dinner which was also free. The staff didn’t hesitate when we asked them to book us a taxi to check out city centre as well as booking an early taxi to get us to the port the morning we checked out, also supplying us with a box breakfast to go. Highly recommend this place! Absolutely loved every minute of our stay! "

"This was a terrific hotel about 25 kilometers out of Heraklion. It was fine for us because we had a car and the driving easy. The hotel was walking distance down the hill Agia Pelagia which is a cute little beach town. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and were pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the dishes we had- way better than a hotel restaurant usually is. The staff was great and the breakfast buffet was very good. If you are planning a trip to Knossos and the Archeological Museum this is a good option. It was nice to get back to the quiet of an out of town hotel. The only downside is they are trying to hard to be kitschy which is totally unnecessary for such a quality property. We loved it all in all"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture."
